Very excited to announce that we are sponsoring the Stateman Nats at the Shepparton Motor Museum, an event raising vital funds for the Murchison Nursing Home. The event runs over two days, starting with a cruise from Wallan BP up to the Motor Museum in Shepparton. I've listed the Itinerary below for those interested, I'm really looking forward to the event and cant wait to see who turns up!
Saturday 20thMELBOURNE TO SHEPPARTON CRUISE
Melbourne Stato owners to muster up at the Wallan BP at 9.00am to 9.15am for a 9.30am departure en masse to Shepparton. Like the Shepp Statos Sunday, cars will convoy up the Hume, make their way to the Seymour turnoff and arrive at Emerald Bank, Kialla, about 11.00am. Marshalling of cars, stretch your legs and have a coffee at one of the cafes.
Shepparton Cars and Coffee Volunteers will be manning the BBQ, cooking a feast for entrants to enjoy. (included in FEE).
A museum tour is available for enthusiasts, This multi-award-winning museum is a motoring jewel. Apart from exhibiting it often hosts events including things like Lloyds Classic and Muscle Car Auctions. (fee includes one ticket per person and kids under 12 years FREE).

BREAK TO FIND YOUR ACCOMMODATION AND REST UP
1. Peppermill Hotel (near venue)
2. Park Lake Motor Inn (Wyndham Street) with under cover parking
3. A variety of other motels as required (up to you).
RETURN TO EMERALD BANK FOR EVENING FUNCTION
To be one of two ideas
1. Drive-in (Optus Truck as screen) Food provided a la carte by (idea rejected)
2. Sit down dinner at Woolshed or the Museum itself. This option means all of the cars will be secure.

Sunday 21stSUNDAY EARLY MORNING TIL MID AFTERNOON CRUISE AND DEPARTURE HOME
Cars to form up at Emerald Bank for a 9.30 departure.
Cruise from Shepparton to Tallis' Winery, East of Dookie on the Agricultural College Road (coffee supplied)
Mini cruise from Tallis' to the township of Dookie by noon. Wood-fired pizza for all at the Dookie Hotel. This one major street town provides great chances for photos of Statos lined up.
We will get to take over the town.
Open invitation to the Emporium. An awesome place full of collectables and things from the past. (Coffee available there).
Sol Sutherland to provide some fun by driving his WWII "tank". Hopefully his Scout car down the main street.
Kids can play in the playground in the town park and clock tower.
Map provided for those who want an awesome place for photos such as in the Quarry.

Break and cars depart homeward bound, until the next Nationals. For most Melbourneites, the best route home is via Benalla.
